Lee has held senior roles within the Investment Banking and FinTech  industry providing strong focus on establishing strategic objectives, finance strategy and management, operational risk and compliance oversight.  

He has created and implemented robust processes internally and overseas after acquisitions and re-engineering internal processes.

Lee has a great understanding of managing expectations at all levels internally and externally and is very passionate about communication. 

Lee is also a FAA qualfied Mental Health First Aider
