John has experience in a variety of industries including Banking & Global information services.

His roles have included trading, sales, marketing, product management and compliance, he has developed many successful businesses both here and overseas and believes that listening and really understanding your customers’ business is the key to success.

John is an IBITGQ® EU General Data Protection Regulation qualified Practitioner.

Having spent over 30 years in senior leadership roles at two of the UKs leading Blue-Chip companies responsible for running the Sales and IT Dept’s.  Andy decided to change career path in 2014 and focus on Data Protection.

He is now an experienced outsourced DPO within the education sector who maintains strong compliance at over 40 schools  around the UK.

He understands the ways that schools and colleges operate and provides a high level of professionalism alongside a personal service.  Andy takes pride in taking away the stresses that schools may have around data protection issues, allowing Senior Leadership Teams to concentrate on what they do best.

Freyja comes from a background of PR, Marketing and Consultancy work, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the position of Marketing Director. Her strategic insight and creative approach have consistently driven results in previous roles.

In recent years she has expanded her skill set and has been working with her colleagues at DPO for Education to gain experience in the GDPR field. Freyja has an NCFE Level 2 in Understanding Data Protection and Data Security and now works as a Data Protection Consultant alongside her Marketing Director role.
